Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Philadelphia, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Pennsylvania run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 9 AM–8 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The place is very nice and it’s good to know they have received many awards and recognitions as well. I got the large portion and it was very fulfilling. Thank you for the amazing food 😎🔥

Excellent pho. Food came out quickly, piping hot and super flavorful. Very friendly staff who took their time in taking our order as a larger group. The noodles had perfect texture and tasted fresh. The broth had deep rich beefy goodness and each bowl came wit a lot of meat and abundant sprouts, Thai basil and jalapeño. Definitely returning! Cost was ~15 pp for regular size bowl that was pretty generous in size. Cash only so don’t forget to bring cash!

All of my Philly friends have been telling me that this is the best pho place they’ve been to in the USA. THIS IS SO WORTH THE HYPE!!! I now know why they always rave about this place. Pho is one of my favorite foods and I eat it in every city I go to. This specific broth blew my mind away, it was so tasty and beefy. The noodles were the perfect texture. The meats (I got the round steak and flank I think?) were actually so good. I don’t think I’ve ever been blown away by any beef before until now. Perfectly chewy and tender texture that tastes fresh. Also I got the small/regular size and the portions were very generous. Sad I do not live near this place otherwise I’d go every day.

This is supposedly the best phở in Philadelphia, and the best I've ever had! And it's incredibly cheap compared to Boston. 1.Phở - Tái, Nạm, Gầu, Gân, Sách: The broth was dark, but the flavor was natural and umami; the beef was in big portion and large slices, tender, and the tripe had no gamey taste; the rice noodles were authentic Vietnamese phở, perfectly cooked and very refreshing. The biggest surprise was the tái (eye-round steak), yet still retaining that pleasantly chewy texture of undercooked beef; the gầu (fat brisket) was thick and crisp, fragrant but not greasy—who would have thought I'd find brisket fat here? This showed the restaurant’s precise control over the broth temperature and the thickness of the beef. Almost all phở restaurants claim to offer authentic raw beef or various cuts of beef, but very few can truly make customers feel the difference. The restaurant's decor is simple but spacious and clean; the service is average, but very efficient. Efficiency is essential for phở, otherwise the beef would be overcooked in the hot broth. After all, the essence of a restaurant is food, and for such affordable ones, it's gratifying to see them spend most of their cost

I don’t get the hype for this place. The pho isn’t that good I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. I’ve been here several times, and honestly, I’ve never had anything that stood out as good. Maybe the first time I tried it a couple of years ago it tasted better, but now it just doesn’t hit the same. Also, they’re cash-only. If you don’t have cash, you’re forced to use the ATM inside, which charges a withdrawal fee that goes to the ATM owner. The staffs and service is good but won’t recommend this place.
